Sedona Crystal Skull Meditation

Crystal Skulls Meditation
Right before I left Sedona for Brazil on my quest to revisit some of the spiritual places I loved in South America, I received an invitation to meditate with over 200 crystal skulls. Over the years I had heard that crystal skulls existed, but had never heard of any one having so many of them. I was honored to be included as one of the few people that they allowed to meditate with them this one evening, as I sought to bring my awareness to the next level.

I felt very privileged for the opportunity to be in the same room with such energetic symbols and knew that they was a once in a lifetime experience. 'What will I take away?' I thought as I drove the 20 minutes to the neighboring town of Clarkdale. Time would only tell. I was just so tickled and giddy that I could hardly sit still in my seat as I bounced to the tunes on the radio. When I arrived I was greeted by two lovely people, Jeanne and Jaap, my hosts for this wondrous 2 hour journey of discovery.

I removed my shoes and gazed upon the over 200 skulls organized in circles upon circles in the center of the room. They seemed to be divided into major sections, each location's name written on a small place card. I wondered what that meant, but never got a chance to ask. In front of each section was also a cushion where a person would sit in meditation. Each section also had a jar of water, which I found out was infused with some energy from the area. Tonight's mediation was focused on the 6th chakra, the third eye or what some call the brow chakra where all intuition comes. The water was infused with the 6th chakra's energy, from a Sedona location representing that chakra. We were instructed to drink the purified infused water to help us on our journey and my heart leapt as I opened the jar.  'I am truly blessed, ' I thought. What better way to start my journey of increasing my consciousness then to focus on this of all other chakras. 'How did they know? How have I not heard of this in the couple of years I have been living in Sedona?'

Well someone knew that I was ready for this, ergo the invitation. I was finally ready to take it to the next level and I was eager to see what I would discover.

I relied on my hosts Jaap and Jeanne to educate me on the process and fill me on on the purpose of the skulls and what to expect from the meditation. I was appreciative of their 20 years each of experience, evident as they shared the history and the science with the group.

We were asked to close our eyes and connect to one skull, permitted to hold it in our hand. Since my experience is a private one, I will not at this time divulge what happened to me. What I will tell you is that it was life changing and I walked away from this experience a more enlightened person, taking with me ancient information that I will utilize in furthering my spiritual growth and consciousness.

Jaap and Jeanne allowed me to tape them. Below is a video of the interview I performed after the meditation.

Meditation, the Art of Being Present

If I had a nickel for every type of meditation technique out there then I could be rich. So, who’s technique is better that another?

Answer: They all have their merits, so if you have found one that resonates with you, then I am truly pleased for you/ Keep it up! It's when we quiet the mind that we hear the guidance. Where the guidance comes from, well I think I’ll leave that for another posting. Now back to meditation……..

Having spent time in the technology arena balancing high dollar projects, I can tell you that this 'Type A' desperately needed an outlet, a way to be calm. When I found meditation, I also found sleep, patience, peace and more creativity then I knew what to do with. It actually made my then corporate job easier to manage.

I believe that meditation takes many forms. Yes, it’s sitting still in a lotus position as we quiet the mind, but it’s also sitting in the park appreciating the ambrosiac sound of the songbird; it’s the long sigh as you stand there watching the sun fade from view; it’s losing yourself in a moment so delicious words do not do it justice, for they are all opportunities to become quiet and focusing on the present.

Find time, even if it's 5 minutes a day to lose yourself, be still, appreciate and be present.
Your mind, body and everyone around you will thank you for it!

Wishing you Love this day and always,

A Path to Enlightenment

Today’s post is about discovering inner strength and eliminating the misery that plaques most of our minds. I just completed a course at the Vipassana Center in Northern California. I have been off-the-grid in the woods silent for a few days before, but nothing can compare to this recent experience of being silent and meditating for 10 days alongside forty other people. When my friends and family heard that I was going, they all laughed at the challenge for someone like me, the Italian, to be quiet. I knew it would be a challenge, but knew it was time that I found peace f mind at a deeper level.

I left Sedona shortly before dawn and journeyed to Kelseyville. I was nervous, knowing that in a short time that I would have to be silent for 240 straight hours and for the next ten days I would be without the recent love of my life… bacon. As I entered the compound, a feeling of extreme peace washed over me, calming my trepidation.

I was assigned a cabin and promptly deposited my belongings in my room.  I spied someone’s clothes in one of the other two beds and was curious about my roommate. I walked to the cabin's front room to find four young girls sitting on the two beds. Oh, I am the oldest of the group, I thought, as I surveyed my new cabin mates. We still had a few hours before the silence began, so we got all the last bits of speech out of our systems and we became acquainted.  With not one of this fine young women over the age of 24, I was taken aback by the courage of this foursome. And I discovered that each of us either currently or at one time sported at least one dreadlock. The universe was certainly welcoming me with the flavor of my hometown of Sedona, putting the only hippies at this retreat together in one cabin.

As I listened to the stories that brought them to this place, it gave me courage, as I contemplated the courage of these young women undertaking such an arduous task.  I tuned in and felt their energy, each different, yet all filled with love. There was Amanda, originally from Sweden, whose alabaster skin complimented her light eyes; a single dread hidden among her long golden blond hair. She was the only true Vegan in the group. As I looked upon her thin physique, I was a little jealous, thinking of how easily it was going to be for her to get her legs into a meditation position.

There was Camille from San Francisco, whose medium length dark hair gently framed her slightly rounded face.  Her outlook on life was positive, as she shared some of her history. She reminded me a lot of myself twenty years ago, with her bubbly personality and infectious smile.

There was Hannah, an endearing young woman of twenty-one years, whose full head of dreads were tied in a ponytail.  I felt an instant kinship to this youngest of the group. She reminded me so much of my young friend Kate from Sedona. The wonder of the world sparkled in her eyes, and her energy was a combination of courage and innocence. It was obvious to me that she had stepped out of the comfort zone of a more traditional upbringing to embrace life outside the two-by-two illusion that most of us are brought up believing. I give her the most credit for looking at life in a different way as she discovered herself.  Her eclectic style evident by her handmade creations. I smiled as I looked upon her, like a proud older sister.

Then there was my roommate, Camille from Canada, whose beauty inside and out lit up the room. She was the tallest and quietest of the bunch.  I thought, wow, silence should be easy for this gal, her words always carefully chosen.

Just as I thought our group was complete, right before silence began, we had a late arrival. Her name was Renae. She was dark with short black hair, her shyness apparent as she kept to herself, her eyes showed the pain she was experiencing. I did not know what it was, just that it was there.

That first evening, there was a group orientation and instruction on the meditation technique. My heart beat hard when the noble silence began, not knowing if I had the fortitude to be silent for 240 hours as I closed my trap for the first time in decades.  They were all business as the girls who so openly and effortlessly chatted just a few hours before, became silent. There would be no more laughter, singing, glances, eye contact or talking. I was in it and there was no turning back now.

The next morning came too soon as the bell rang at four o’clock. It was time for my first full day of meditation and I enthusiastically jumped out of bed and quickly got dressed. The sky was still black and the cold air bit my face as I made my way to the hall along with the many other early risers. In silence, I found my space and sat down folding my legs into the best lotus position I could. I closed my eyes and concentrated on my breathing. There would be no visual, no mantra that I would perform for this technique and I had difficulty, continually bringing my wandering mind back on point until the breakfast bell rang. It was only six-thirty in the morning, yet my stomach was feeling as if I had not eaten in a few days as I made my way to the dining hall. It was hard not to glance at anyone as I stood in line, waiting my turn. After breakfast it was back to the hall for more mediation until lunch, then a similar routine before evening tea and fruit. The night ended at nine o’clock after the discourse and final evening mediation. I smiled as I laid down in bed that first night, proud that I had been silent for the entire day.

When the bell rang for day 2, I found moving difficult, my muscles tight and sore from the hours of mediation from the previous day. I wondered if my cabin mates had any idea of what pain felt like; their young bodies still nimble. I made my way to the hall and smirked as I saw most of them piling pillows around their meditation space. Ah, I thought, so I am not the only one feeling the pain I am not alone after all. They all sat there, enduring each and every minute along with me.

Now I had to show them my strength; that the eldest of the group could sit strong. After all, I just spoke to a women’s group before leaving Arizona about empowerment and strength telling them “Women,we are strong and mighty.” It was time I acted like it, regardless of the pain I was experiencing. I smiled as the pain came, and with time, it eased, showing me the impermanence of everything in life. Each day’s silence became easier as I looked forward to mediation. My mind was mostly quiet as I embraced the pain and other sensations in my body as an observer. My nightly dreams resolutions to past relationships and situations.

As each day came and went as I was determined to keep my mind from wandering while mediating. During this one hour rest, however, I let the ideas fly, not turning off my brain as articles and chapters a-plenty swirled in my head. And I allowed my taste buds to be tantalized by the wonderful love-filled culinary vegetarian creations prepared by the volunteers, although my overall appetite was almost gone. I blessed those culinary angels, hardly missing my staple love, bacon.

I was changing, becoming lighter, more filled with the Divine Love within.  I could see the changes in my cabin mates as well; the energy around Camille from San Francisco, growing brighter than the small lantern she swung in her right hand as she made her way the hall in the dark sky; Hannah’s effervescence never faded, her unwavering determination showing me her strength; Amanda becoming more perky with each morning that passed; and Renae, who had the most difficulty with stillness in those long meditations became statuesque; her strength from within now coming to the surface.  My roommate Camille, the gal from Canada, impressed me with her undying power. Not a hair or muscle moved as she sat in silence. She was the first to arrive and the last to leave for each session.

When the last day arrived and we were once again able to speak, we shared our stories.

As I made my way to the common area I got to speak to another women whose glow and inner love resonated with me. I had watched her for the last week of the Vipassana, as she briskly traveled the walking trails during break time, while I secretly created art with the pine cones, leaves and small stones, spelling out peace and love everywhere. Ah, a kindred spirit, a sister, I thought, as I sensed a camaraderie with this women who shared a similar bubbly energy to my own.   Her name was Alexis Carra, an actress, starring in a sitcom called Mixology airing in February 2014. In speaking to her I discovered that she was as beautiful on the inside as she was stunning on the outside. I smiled, knowing she will continue to attract wonderful opportunities in her field, due to the inner love that she so freely shared with others.

The retreat was now over and although my thighs and knees were ecstatic, I would miss this place. It was a hard 10 days, yet the most rewarding of my life and I was happy that I had the discipline and determination to stick it out. I decided to change my plans and instead of heading north, I went south to San Francisco, offering two of my cabin mates who were travelling that way a ride. We said our goodbyes but have already met up as we all continue our individual journeys of love and peace.

I am most thankful for being able to spend time and witness such amazing strong young women. They have provided me with hope about the women who will take the reins when their older sisters are no longer. So thank you Amanda, Renae, Camille from San Francisco, Camille from Canada, and special thanks to you Hannah. You have all shown me your strength and for that I am truly grateful.

Sometimes you have to Close Your Eyes to see the Light

This statement is typically used metaphorically; close your eyes and see the light, which means that when you look without your eyes, the answer comes to you.  It's a true statement that we get answers when we take time to reflect. Today, though, I'm referring to literally closing your eyes and seeing light.

For decades when I close my eyes in the evening to go to sleep, in about 5 minutes in the total darkness with eyes closed, I would begin to see what I can only describe as golden light, sunshine brighter than the sun. 'What the heck is this,'I kept thinking? 'Am I dreaming about sunshine?

I guessed not since this was happening to me five nights out of seven.  I asked my mother and she would just tell me to concentrate on a black piece of paper to go to sleep. Later in life, I would ask my partners. “Do you see sunshine when you close your eyes?” They all just shot me a look as if I was crazy or say something like "No, that's not normal."  I would just shrug my shoulders not finding the answers I was seeking on the topic as I went my merry way and dismissed it as the beginning of dreaming.

At other times I would catch myself, saying “way cool” as I would start to see it when in a state of calm and bliss with heightened senses. I finally after all this time got a glimpse of the answer to what I was experiencing. It was one day in early December 2012 and I was attending a Christ Consciousness class where the minister explained that when we see bright glowing light in meditation, we are seeing Archangel Michael’s burning sword guarding the gates of Eden and if you enter those gates you in front of God. Guarded by Archangel Michael? Well that's certainly one way to look at it and no offense Archangel Michael, but I think you have better things to do then guard Eden from the likes of me.
When I heard this definition, however, at least I knew that I was no longer alone in what I was experiencing. I had finally found someone else who was experiencing the same thing and getting closer to a definition that perhaps I could wrap my head around.

Since then, I have spent countless hours in silence to come to this conclusion. What I have come to understand is that when we see light when we close our eyes in total darkness that the light is our connection to the Divine, our higher divine self, our Source, God. Call it what you like,I do not judge; it doesn't change the meaning.

When we get more attuned in the physical body and our vibration and consciousness increases, we connect to what some call our higher Divine self, God, Spirit. I know that when I am connected I feel that connection through the skin and senses in my body. why not see it as well.
I'm sharing this with you today in the off chance that you too are seeing sustained bright golden light when you close your eyes in total darkness. If you are, then know that you're not alone and it's perhaps the beginning of your awakening to the doorway to your connection to the source, God which is pure unconditional love within you connecting to that loving force that's all around us.
Wishing you a day filled with Love,

Your Imaginary Focal Point - Lessons in Enlightenment and Seeing Behind the Veil

Increase your awareness - leeza donatella

Good morning. I hope that you've all had your coffee this morning and are ready to greet the day! Today I am going to talk about something that very few people know exists, yet everyone has one. It's called your imaginary focal point (IFP).

You may be saying to yourself, what the heck is she talking about? Perhaps she's had too many magic mushrooms. Although at times I wish that were true, I'm being serious and you really do have an imaginary focal point.

An example may be the best way to explain this. Have you ever met someone whose life revolves around the 2 miles by 2 miles that surround them, never really venturing out beyond their comfort zone?   I'm sure you have. Similar to being stuck inside a box, you're only exposed to your immediate surroundings.  So what about this imaginary focal point?  Well, extend your arm out in front of you, even with your face and make a fist. At the end of your fist is your imaginary focal point. It's a learned limit that most if us give ourselves by the time we reach about 5 years old.

When we're born we have no limits. We see everything, sense everything, know everything and experience everything. But as infants,we're unable to express this underlying knowledge we have, due to the motor, memory and language skills of this physical body.

Have you ever noticed small children looking so intently, then smiling and communicating to a spot in a room where there seems to be nothing? Do you really believe that there is nothing there just because you can't see what they're looking at? According to research, an infant's brain produces 2-3 million synapses per second. There's a lot of development going on and the cognitive abilities at that young age are truly remarkable. With all those synapses, no matter how smart you are or how much brain capacity you have, this is just too much for a mere human to handle, so the brain has to choose, letting go of some connections in favor of more widely used ones. When that happens our brains create the imaginary focal point, limiting our abilities to see beyond our "space." This begins to occur at the age of reason, somewhere between 3 and 5 years old.

Luckily, there's a way to identify your imaginary focal point and temporarily shut it down. Actually, the more you practice, the better you get at it and when you do, you begin to see past the layers that keep most people within that 2-by-2 box.  I'm talking about thar thin veil that exists that is keeping us from seeing what is right in front of us. With the shift in the planets energy since 12/21/12 many more people are reaching out asking quesitons about what they are experiencing. Knowing more about IFP and learning how to see through the veil, well that's when the world truly opens up.

So are you ready to give something a try?

First, you must identify and admit to the 2 voices that we have. We have an outward voice, the one that is audible to others. Then there's our inner voice, our ego, the little voice in our heads that when we are not talking out loud is constantly talking to us.  It's both those voices that we attempt to quiet when we meditate. This is a great practice for temporarily shutting down our IFP. You just did not know it because in meditation your eyes are closed.

So what I am going to tell you is a very simple concept, but can be difficult for some to master.  In order to temporarily shut down your IFP, turn off both your outer and inner voice and leave your eyes open.  Relax your gaze and scan the room, looking in the corners, around lamps, wood objects and door jams. You will soon realize once you are more practiced in shutting down your IFP that your perception will change. Just like the infinite possibilities we sense as infants, so now we can experience that which has been lost to us for so many years.  As the curtain falls, crumbling in front of our very eyes, all becomes visible. It always fills me with love and wonder knowing that there are still experiences in life that excite and please.

I hope you all try this technique and stretch your perception and vibrational presence.

Work, Stress and Spirit

Work and Stress, my job is stressing me out, I am stressed out, how to get over work stress, how to reduce stress
Today’s post is about work, stress and spirit. Having been a VP in Technology for one of the largest financial services institutions (big bank) for more years than I want to admit, I certainly know a little something about work and stress and how it interacts with your spirit.

So when clients come to me frustrated about their life, one of the first things I look into is the amount of stress that they're feeling. Because when people are stressed-out, they're more emotionally reactive to other people and events.

American Institute of Stress

I hear more and more about work stress these days. Was it like this 100 years ago?

Numerous studies show that job stress is far and away the major source of stress for American adults and that it has escalated progressively over the past few decades.  Increased levels of job stress as assessed by the perception of having little control but lots of demands have been demonstrated to be associated with increased rates of heart attack, hypertension and other disorders, per the American Institute of Stress.

Let me describe for you Maria's situation and see it is resonates with any of you.
On this particular Monday Maria awoke at 4:15 am,  eyes opened wide before alarm clock and the sun. A feeling of despair came over her as the thoughts of the many tasks that were on her plate for the day filled her brain, overwhelming her to the point where she began grinding her teeth. She looked at the clock saying to herself, “Stop thinking about work and go back to sleep.”   Alas, sleep did not come as she lay there in bed quietly sobbing, not wanting to wake up her husband.

If you feel like you're jumping out of your skin or find yourself frustrated, irritable or overly sensitive, then you may just have job burnout.  Like your body needs nutrients to remain healthy and your mind and spirit need you to be balanced and centered to remain healthy.  If you can relate to the above you do have options that will help balance mind, body and spirit to keep them healthy. Remember, that when you're not at-ease that's when dis-ease forms in your body.

Like you body needs nutrients to remain healthy, so your spirit needs you to be balanced and centered to remain healthy.

The only thing you have control over in life is YOUR reaction.

Look at Things from a Different Angle

The poor behavior of others has nothing to do with you. It's all about that person, so don't own it. Take a moment to step out of the situation that is causing you great stress and/or frustration. See the bigger picture and look at yourself within the situation in a different way. Let go of what's outside your control.   Here are a couple of examples:

Example 1
Don't ever be worried about losing your job. If it happens, be grateful for the break and time off and don't worry about your future.  Know that the universe has something much more wonderful in store for you and it's just around the corner.

Example 2
In Maria’s story, when she stepped back and re-evaluated her current situation she realized that by using a top management mentality, 8-9 hours a day was a sufficient workday instead of her usual 12-14 hour day. She was much happier as she completed what she could in her allotted day and allowed whatever she could not finish to simply wait until her next workday. When several of her teammates started utilizing the same approach, management brought in more people.

Bringing Up Your  Vibration to Relieve Stress

Singing
Based on research from Dr Stephen Clift, of Canterbury Christ Church University College, he says. 'If you ask any group of singers, they talk about increased happiness and sense of well-being, enhanced posture, deeper breathing, stress relief and they forget their worries….To some people, singing is almost a life-saver…. It helps them cope with depression, anxiety and bereavement. It can also be good for asthmatic conditions.”  You do not need to be able to hold a tune to get the benefits of singing, so turn on your shower and exercise your vocal cords.
Laughter
Laughter is another way to reduce stress. There are even classes out there where people get together and laugh. Laughing moves our focus from stress and frustration to areas in our brain that are beneficial to better mental health. A hearty belly laugh will exercises our abdominal muscles as well as our diaphragm, and tickles our heart
Meditation
Whether it is prayer, a mantra, listening to Barry White, or a sitting down legs crossed 1 hour guided meditation, I cannot emphasize enough about the importance of quieting the mind for stress relief. If you do not have that kind of time, try the 5 minute vacation for stress relief that I have shared in a prior post.

What is this “Woo Woo” and Meditation Stuff Anyway?

If I had a nickel for every time I heard the term “Woo Woo” used to describe the practices and tools used by “new agers”, I would be rich. Yes, some practitioners are “out there” but having some way out experiences myself I am not quick to judge. I used to be very defensive about my gifts when people looked at me with those eyes or responded in that tone that silently said, “Ah, she is one of those.”  I used to preface or follow up messages and comments from spirit with a defense statement that I was a pragmatic mathematician spiritualist and achieved my undergraduate degree in mathematics at age 19 and my IQ is over 140. But really who was I trying to convince that I was not some fruit loop? It was me. There was and still is a bad connotation associated with people who are tuned into Spirit. I always thought it was because they were taking money when sharing their gifts, and people are always afraid of getting ripped off.  I have always been in a paradox about whether to charge so at this point have not asked for monetary remuneration when sharing my gifts. And I still got those looks, comments and whispers. Actually what I have discovered is that people who pay for these services are more likely to appreciate the message.

I no longer feel the need to prove myself to anyone.  Why?  Because if you believe in yourself it does not matter what anyone else thinks or believes.

So today, let’s talk more about this mumbo jumbo “Woo Woo.”  To reiterate, Spirit is that energy inside all of us. We are connected to the grand wizard of universal energy (by any name) and therefore connected to each other. Our Goal on Earth is to increase the love in our inner spirit/energy through our experiences. One way to do that is through giving and sharing with others as often as we can. Another wrench in the toolbox is meditation.

Meditation for the most part has gotten some good and bad press over the years reserved only for those who had some type of formalized yogi training. That cannot be farther from the truth.
Let me put this into perspective. Meditating is like playing golf. We all start as beginners and it does not matter if we make it to the Masters or not, as long as we enjoy playing.

I also hear from people that they have a hard time in their attempts to meditate, professing to me that they have tried it and failed.  Being a Type-A personality I certainly know how difficult it can be to “shut it down.”  Those that know me personally can conform for you that I am a “Chatty Kathy” so it is difficult for me to keep my outer voice quiet. You can imagine how hard it is for me to shut off my inner voice (ego). As a matter of fact I sought out meditation as a means to find a little peace and quiet and a better nights rest.

There is not only one right way to meditate. You can meditate standing up, sitting down or on one foot. You can do it in a plane, in a car, with or without music and with green eggs and ham. It is a personal choice. Meditation is truly just letting go of your ego allowing your spirit to connect to the universal spirit, your higher self, the place where we are all connected.

If you have a lot on your mind, then imagine a heavy metal chest, open it and visualize stuff that chest with what is on your mind.  If you find yourself drifting into those thoughts again, go back the chest and repeat the exercise. Even if you can only let go of ego for 30 seconds, that is ok. You will get better and better each time you connect. Remember the first time you rode a bicycle?  Were you an expert? No and that was ok.

Once connected, know that anything is possible. Messages from spirit just for you can be asked and validated, manifestations and intentions set. The possibilities are endless.

I hope that you all enjoyed today’s post and look forward to sharing more about energy and other tidbits.

Have a glorious rest of your day! – LeeZa Donatella

Higher Self Connections

As promised in yesterdays post, I want to expand on the connection to our total spirit, or higher self. This has always been such an interesting topic for me.

What is the higher self?
Well, it is when our inner energy source connects to the universal energy source. It is a feeling of complete bliss where all is peace and love. The source may have different names, like God, Chi, the best of me, etc., but is all the same. This energy connects us all. Not to sound too much like John Lennon, but I wish that the folks that are fighting around the world would realize that we are all connected and that there is not any one brand of religious Kool-Aid better than another. If they did, there would be no war. Ok, I am getting off my soapbox and moving on.

Why aren’t we always connected to the higher self?
Now there is the question, because if we were always connected, it would be heaven in Earth indeed. I will not say that a person cannot achieve a 24/7 100% connection at some point in their time here on Earth, but when we can connect 100% of the time, we probably would not still here on Earth. I will explain this in a future post. It is certainly something worth striving for, but in this cause close, like horseshoes does count. It is like the example I use about work. If you like your job 60% of the time, that is greater than 80% of the population. The same is true with the higher power connection, but the percentage is lower. If you can connect to your higher self 40% of each day, that is greater than 95% of the population.  Imagine feeling complete bliss 40% of each day. Wow!

Anyway, as mentioned, I get a delicious tingling wave that overtakes by body, when I am in that place where I am connected with my higher self. What a rush! I call this being “In the Zone.” When you are “In the Zone” you are connected to everything. And when I say everything I mean, everything that has matter and energy. Pretty awesome, huh?

So how do I connect with my Higher Self?
There is no one way to connect. The most common way for the people I have coached over the years is to first get into a meditative state. I am open minded when it comes to meditation, but if you are new to meditation there are many guided meditation CDs out there. Pick one that is about 15-20 minutes long that asks you to ground yourself as part of the meditation. At the beginning of the meditation make your intention known that you want to connect to your higher self, to spirit. If you are able to connect you may feel that sensation that I discussed above that I encounter when I am connected, or you get the overwhelming feeling of peace and harmony. Once practiced, you will find that you don’t have to perform a traditional meditation to connect. I can look upon a sunrise or sunset, or landscape appreciate how absolutely beautiful and, presto instant connection. Once the connection is established I visualize what I am seeking. If it is something that is in a good forward direction, I get that wave of tingling again, knowing I am moving in the right direction and through the connection bringing that which I have requested into my sphere of influence.

So what CAN you do when you are connected?
I often get this question about what we can do when we are connected. The only limits are those you put on yourself. You can ask for anything when you are connected, you just need to state what it is that you want, know that it is possible for you to have it, and that you deserve what you are asking for. In theory it sounds very simple, but you would be surprised how many people do not know what they want. You can try an exercise by putting down on paper 5 things that you want. If you have trouble then this is an area where you may need to work.

I hope that you all enjoyed today’s post and will be back again to read more about energy, chakras, manifestation, and more little tidbits I have in my goodie bag.

Have a glorious rest of your day!
