See the Wonder and Excitement.

The world is full of such wonder and excitement. We have such a blessed life here on Earth and I find it funny how most of us don’t see nor appreciate what’s right in front of our noses.

And no I'm not talking about your Porsche there honey; although red is a good color on you.

I'm talking about the trees and the sand, the touch of a hand, the chill of the breeze and the force of a sneeze.

It’s the warmth of the sun or that hot cinnamon bun, the lemon that makes your lips pucker, oh, is there any species luckier…….. than us?

It’s the opportunity to spend time in forest or by the sea or in the red mountains full of resilient desert creatures, yet most of us miss the trees, because when we spend time in these places we are thinking about this or that, the dog or the cat, that upcoming test or if the kids left the house in a mess. Turmoil.. we feed on it.  There's a great line in the movie the American President where Michael Douglas says:

".... they'll crawl through the desert toward a mirage, and when they discover there's no water, they'll drink the sand. ........ People don't drink the sand 'cause they're thirsty. They drink the sand 'cause they don't know the difference."

So I am hear today telling you the difference... open your baby blues or browns or hazels and so forth and see and experience the wonder in front of us; smell the roses more often; they're there for us to enjoy, not just one day a year, but every day. When we learn to appreciate the gift of this existence, we become the richest people on the planet!

Have a day filled with LOVE,
